The NSEW Router is available in single-speed (1400 rpm) or 2-speed (1400/2800 rpm) motor configurations, mounted on a sturdy steel base. It has a Ø120 mm connection for a central dust-extraction system with an adjustable extractor hopper, a 5/8" or M16 threaded bolt, and runs on 440V / 50Hz / 3-phase / 1.1kW power in a light grey dual tone finish.

What are the technical specifications of the NSEW Linisher?

The NSEW Linisher has an all-steel body with a 150mm diameter rubber-coated roller designed to reduce vibration, vertical and tilting belt-alignment adjustment, a 2000 x 4mm belt, an extraction duct, and runs on 220-230V single phase 1HP power at 50Hz.

What is the NSEW Prosthetic Cast Mandrel used for?

It's a tapered mandrel used during preparation of positive plaster casts in prosthetic and orthotic fabrication, providing internal support and, where the fabrication setup is designed for it, helping form the longitudinal passage used during vacuum-forming and lamination.
